Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my room was clean and spacious with lovely views. The outdoor areas, especially the fire pit by the water, were a great way to unwind. However, the hotel’s location makes it a bit challenging to walk to nearby restaurants, especially at night, and the dining options could be expanded for better variety during happy hour. Overall, it was a great experience!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our family trip to Long Beach. The hotel offers a friendly atmosphere, and we loved the spacious rooms. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the shuttle service is a big plus. However, there were a few cleanliness issues with the rooms and outside areas, and the dining options could have been better. Overall, a pleasant experience, but there are areas that need attention.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the staff provided excellent customer service, and the outdoor areas were beautifully maintained, making for a relaxing atmosphere. However, my room was not clean upon arrival, and there were some maintenance issues. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
Our stay at the hotel was overall a delightful experience, especially with the direct shuttle service to the nearby cruise terminal and other local attractions. The staff were very accommodating, and the room had a stunning view, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, our check-in was a bit challenging due to unresponsive staff, and the dining options could be improved. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
While the hotel offers a nice atmosphere and beautiful outdoor spaces, my experience was marred by numerous service shortcomings and unremarkable dining options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the facilities and overall attention to detail left much to be desired. It's a decent enough place if you're looking for a clean stay, but don't expect top-notch service.
This hotel has a great location near the Queen Mary and cruise terminal, making it ideal for cruise-goers. While the rooms are comfortable and the staff is accommodating, the surrounding area feels isolated and can be intimidating at night. The dining at Fuego offers decent food with beautiful views, but the prices are on the higher side. Overall, the hotel is a mixed bag with its pros and cons.
We had a wonderful stay at the Maya Hotel! The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the views were just breathtaking. While the dinner service at Fuego was excellent, the food prices felt a bit steep. The check-in experience had a slight hiccup, but overall, it was an enjoyable visit. The shuttle service was very convenient for getting around Long Beach, especially to the cruise terminal.
I found this hotel to be quite beautiful with a tropical ambiance that made my stay enjoyable. The outdoor spaces like the fire pits and gardens were fantastic for relaxation. However, I had some concerns about the dust and dirt around the area, which made me a bit uneasy about the overall cleanliness. Despite this, the welcoming cookies at check-in were a delightful touch!
Our stay at Hotel Maya was truly memorable, especially for special occasions like anniversaries. The welcoming cookie gift and clean, comfortable rooms added to our enjoyment. The outdoor facilities like fire pits and gardens were perfect for relaxation, though parking was a bit on the expensive side. Moreover, the unfortunate mix-up with reservations did leave a sour note regarding service efficiency.
